We are committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and offer a range of services to landowners including the successful disposal of residential and commercial development land; acquisitions on a retained client basis; planning advice (from outline or detailed applications and appeals to advice and negotiations on Section 106 agreements); valuations and viability studies along with consultancy services and litigation support to include options, promotion agreements and expert witness advice.

Our regular mailing system gives the opportunity to view detailed quality particulars of all development opportunities being marketed through KLP. This, along with our bespoke monthly publication “Development Matters” and use of portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla combined with social media using Facebook and Twitter plus traditional newspapers and sign boards means we have outstanding coverage including this web site with its unique ability to offer technical documents to prospective buyers.

After 33 years running a recognised Westcountry development agency Andrew established KLP at the start of 2015. His focus is major development sites where he has dealt with a large number of land sales for a variety of private and corporate clients. Andrew also offers consultancy advice on options, promotion agreements, planning strategy, site assembly and problem solving including expert witness where his reputation for first class advice is well known.
